Netaji’s death is still an unsolved mystery. As the release date of the film is coming closer, controversies revolving around it is increasing. There are a certain group of people who are opposing the film even without seeing it which is completely baseless. Although Srijit Mukherji has always made it clear that his film is not based on any rumor rather it is based on the facts that had been presented during the hearings of Mukherjee Commission. He has also clarified that the film will show three most popular theories related with Netaji’s death. The film has given equal importance to all these three probable theories and that has been clearly shown in the recently released trailer of the movie. In the trailer we can see Anirban Bhattacharya playing a character inspired from the real life person Anuj Dhar who is presenting his research work about the possible theories related with Netaji’s death. From the trailer, it seems Anirban is going to steal the show with his solid performance. Other than him we see Prosenjit Chatterjee in various looks as Netaji and as Gumnaami Baba. Undoubtedly he is looking very convincing in his character. Srijit’s detailing for recreating the historical events is very much evident in the trailer. Also one can not miss the commendable job done by prosthetic and make up artist Somnath Kundu. The way he has created the different looks of Netaji and the other historical figures like Jawaharlal Neheru or Gandhi ji is unbelievable. Besides that, like most of his other films, here also Srijit has written some impressive dialogues and we can hear some of those in the trailer.

From the trailer it is very much clear that the film may not provide any conclusion to the mystery, but it will surely create more awareness in people. It will empower the people to question the government authorities and ask for an answer of the unsolved mystery about the great national leader.
